Returns & Refunds Policy

At Elite Stores, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods, personalized items, or intimate products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, but please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
